Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes, to APO/FPO/DPO, to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

A: Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Q: I would like to exchange or return my item. What should I do?
A: Pack your items securely in their original boxes and return them using the UPS label provided. You may be responsible for return shipping and handling costs depending on the reason for the return. You may also contact us with your return reason and your order number and send it to the address provided. When the goods arrive, we will refund you.

Q: Can you tell me how to assemble it?
A: Each package of a product that needs to be assembled contains a paper assembly instruction. Our customer service team can provide electronic assembly instructions via email as well.
